I am trying to find a mk3 front bonnet, a K&N bolt on filter suitable for a 1.6 pinto and an interior which has the bucket type seats and the black cloth with white or red stripes down it.

One of the best places to find a good selection of spares is Retroford International. Based near Eastbourne in Sussex, they may not be on our door step, but mail order is not a problem for them. Their eBay shop is worth keeping an eye on as well, it's helped me out a few times.
