Happy New Year !

CAPRI Exhausts in Short Supply !!!

ACT NOW !!!

Standard type exhaust parts are now officially out of production at all the big manufacturers. All their stocks are now sold and most distributors have run out or will very soon - including us.

This has already badly affected supplies for the 3.0 and 2.8i V6 cars - we've none left and can't get more at this time. Trouble is the 1.6 and 2.0 systems have now ceased production too! We have a handful of all the parts from the 4cyl cars, but not many. If you want some then I'd say buy now before they're gone.

See them here: http://www.tickover.co.uk/shop/contents/en-uk/d83.html in our online shop.

EXTRA SPECIAL PINTO ENGINE DEALS

We have 3 very nice used Pinto engines in our hands recently and we're going to let them go at incredible bargain prices - don't expect these to hang about - specs for the money are amazing !!!

1:) Stock 2.0 engine in very good running order - here's the good bit - it's a 205 block - the strong one from the transit and other heavy duty uses - no inlet or carb, but does come with water pump, electronic dizzy, alternator, thermostat housing and exhaust manifold - only £220+vat

2:) Now we get more serious. 2.0 engine with fully built, lightened and balanced bottom end. Big valve cylinder head fitted with Burton BLF 40.41 road/rally cam. Running very well very recently. Carbs have been sold, so no inlet or carbs with this one either. Makes about 165 BHP on twin 45s. Comes complete with skimpy lightweight flywheel, RS2000 alloy sump, distributor with Aldon Ignitor electronics, excellent water pump, HD alternator. - bargain at only £600+vat

3:) Last we have a complete package. 2.1 engine. Built 2.1 bottom end. Big valve head with Kent FR32 cam kit fitted, vernier adjustable timing pulley. Hasn't been run for a few years, but very strong when last run. I've taken rocker cover off to inspect and cam still looks like new. This engine package comes with loads of good stuff. Carbs - yes - it has TWIN 40 DCOEs on inlet, with the twin cable throttle linkage. Complete distributor with Lumenition kit. 4:2:1 tubular exhaust manifold, clutch and flywheel, alternator and more. - deal of the year only - £800+vat

While we believe all 3 of these engines are good enough to bolt straight in and run, we always recommend stripping, inspecting, renewing as needed and at least re-gasketing before doing so. Any of these engines can be delivered straight to you door on a pallet at Fedex pallet rate of £55+vat.
