Hello i hope you can help I know that you posted all this info on the last site but all info gone now so i need to know what oil to use in my pinto it has been upgraded uprated cam so on and so forth although it needs a freshen up,someone told me to use valvoline but i shall bow to your knowledge

Valcoline is ok, but for similar money you can do better.
Is the car just for road use or does it see track use too?
